We deliver your order via 3rd party contractors, including Australia Post. Your item will be delivered using eParcel express or normal (based on your choice) with tracking. Handling / delivery fees are determined by weight and the destination postcode. Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed a consignment number as confirmation of the dispatch and for your tracking purposes. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, with metropolitan addresses generally receiving mail faster than regional or remote locations. If your address is a PO Box, please note that these are only attended during business hours, and that items posted on Saturday may not be received until Monday. Please be aware that your item may require up to 2 weeks for delivery if you choose the standard option or longer if you select the express option. This is due to the time it takes for your artwork to be approved and for production to commence. We will contact you if there are any delays in your order.
If you have selected Transit Insurance on your order, you are eligible to claim your replacement goods if your package is lost or damaged in transit. Please note that transit insurance is not a refund or compensation, and that you must notify us of any damage or loss to your products within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product/s to qualify for replacement. Photographic evidence will be required to support your claim.
